    Relaxed Performance information
Balancing in Freedom is well suited to a relaxed performance setting. It's a one-man show built around spoken word and dialogue, with minimal sensory overwhelm. Sound is limited to spoken narration, a simple piano track, flute, and live singing from the performer - no sudden loud effects or jarring shifts. Lighting stays simple and continuous throughout, with only one change: a brief moment where the stage darkens to a single spotlight on the performer. Some drawing and projected imagery are used, but gently and without visual intensity.

Please note the show explores heavy themes, including disability and the Holocaust, which audience members should be aware of in advance.
