Venue access information

Level access at Sauchiehall Street entrance and to all areas inside. Two non-automated doors at Sauchiehall Street – one opens inwards and one opens outwards.
The building comprises three floors. The ground floor includes a foyer with a box office, Duty Managers’ office, two shops, a cafe bar, gallery, cinema, accessible toilets and lift access to the first and second floors. The first floor has the theatre, Creative Lab, accessible toilets and Terrace Bar. The second floor has Intermedia Gallery and the Clubroom meeting space, with an accessible toilet beside the Clubroom. There is a lowered section of the box office desk and a hearing loop at reception.
The foyer area and cafe bar has a hard floor and can be noisy. Noise-cancelling headphones and earplugs are available on request. Tables and chairs in the cafe are unfixed and can be moved.
There is a hearing loop in the cinema. There is an audio description system via headsets in the theatre, which is used when our programme partners provide audio description for an event. The cinema has removable seats, and the theatre and clubroom have unfixed seating to accommodate wheelchairs.
