The King's Theatre opened in 1904 and stages touring musicals, dance, comedy, local amateur productions and an annual pantomime. The theatre is operated by the Ambassador Theatre Group.

Slightly heavy doors at main entrance. Level access at side – gives access to bar. Accessible toilets at rear of stalls. Box office has high counter. Wheelchair spaces at rear of stalls. Infrared hearing system.

No level access to education spaces but we sometimes use alternate spaces – contact the theatre for details.

Disabled customers are entitled to £5 off on all performances (subject to availability).

Customers who require additional assistance, or who need to sit in particular seats, should make this known at the time of booking.

Infra-red system in auditorium. Collect headsets from Front of House.
