– Level access with automatic door via the main entrance on Mill Street. Secondary High Street entrance has stairs and is wheelchair accessible via a lift.

– Lift access to all floors from the foyer. Accessible toilets on all floors.

– 6 wheelchair spaces located in the stalls and 1 wheelchair space located in the circle in the main auditorium. The Joan Knight Studio Theatre has 6 wheelchair spaces.

– Docking station for wheelchairs at the Box Office counter. Induction loop at the Box Office.

– FM enhanced hearing system in both the main auditorium and the Joan Knight Studio theatre. Headsets can be collected from Box Office or from a member of the Front of House team.
