The Theatre Royal is the oldest theatre in Glasgow. The theatre originally opened in 1867, the name changing to the Theatre Royal in 1869, and is the longest running theatre in Scotland.

New foyer with automatic doors and lift access to all levels. Accessible toilets on every level.

High Box Office counter and no loop. Wheelchair spaces mid stalls and one wheelchair to borrow.

No level access to education spaces but we sometimes use alternate spaces – contact the theatre for details. Disabled customers are entitled to £5 off on all performances (subject to availability).

Customers who require additional assistance, or who need to sit in particular seats, should make this known at the time of booking. Infra-red system in auditorium – collect headsets from Front of House.
